Day #6 24-06-2015 Japanese food, Park, Basketball and more puzzle.

Hello again, for the sixth time. Sorry I know this post is a day late and Sorry again for the long introduction. There is something I want to talk about before I get into what I did during my day today I feel like it might be helpful to some of you or at least interesting and it focuses around the new word I have chosen for today; metonia which is the journey of changing one’s mind, heart, self, or way of life. This is pretty much the word that sums up the whole reason I started up my blog again, because I am on a personal journey to see the world as being filled with opportunities. But not only seeing the opportunity but also seizing it. I find that since starting to blog I want to experience more, so that I can share more with my readers. This was the whole goal of my blog to see the beauty and live life fuller. To make living itself an art, that is the goal - Henry Miller.

My day began with a 4.30am alarm clock and some very tired eyes. I'm only still getting back into the routine of waking up early for work so I nearly thought I might fall back asleep this morning. Dysania is what it is called. The state of finding it hard to get out of bed in the morning. But I got up and went to work, which passed quickly and soon enough I was back home ready to start the rest of my day.
Now I am pretty sure you can all guess by now how it started.... yep. With a tea.
Now today wasn't just any sort of tea day. It was a double teabag day. I had not had my tea in the morning before work so I felt like it balanced it out.

After tea and some cake some more puzzle was attempted. Here is a photo of it so far.

It is 2000 pieces and I am planning on framing it like another one I have when I am finished with it.
Progress is slow but I am in high spirits about finishing this before July. Fingers crossed for me.

For lunch Hubert who is staying with us from Taiwan took us (Daniel and I) to a Japanese restaurant in Fortitude Valley. I had a super yummy Tofu dish and some more tea.

On the way home we hung around Roma street station on some really nice grass in the sun. We have got to get that vitamin D intake. Also it's nice to just lay there and look up at the clouds.

After our time relaxing in the park we went to play at a basketball court. I am pretty terrible at it. To be honest but I like to blame it on my height. Which is 5 foot 2 in case you were wondering.

After some fun hoops we went to my favourite pub at the Normanby hotel where on Wednesdays there is a super talented guy who plays the piano and sings there. So I like to go on Wednesdays so I can listen to him play.

We came home and Hubert and Daniel made some super yummy tacos and we ate them up. Me and Nicholas tried some more jigsaw puzzle. And then it was off to bed.
I had a super fun day on this day and I hope you did too. Thanks again for reading. I will see you again super soon. xxx
