Day #11 30-06-2015 An Old Friend, A Puzzle and A New Friend.

Hello everybody! I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of people reading my blogs. I feel so blessed to have people interested in my life. So today's post is actually about the 30th because I am  over a day behind at the moment. Whoops. Perhaps I will catch up eventually. Today I spent more time with some beautiful people that filled my day with fun. So today's word is adronitis which is the irritation you can feel over how long it takes to get to know somebody.

So here it goes. 

The morning consisted of work which was over fast and not very significant. Now I work really early in the mornings, as you may know. Which I actually quite like because when you are finished there is still at least half a day waiting for you. 

I had made plans to spend part of my day with my beautiful friend Adena. She and I have bee friends since grade 3 although we don't see eye to eye all the time. We get along well and she is very special to me.

While she was over at my house we continued on with the jigsaw. Which I sadly didn't get finished before I was going away. I did a 2000 piece Disney jigsaw a couple years ago and she helped me with that one too, so it was a nice little bit of a walk down memory lane. 

She stayed a few hours and I did her hair and makeup for her like all good girly friends would. It was super fun and she is a nice canvas. Doesn't move as much as I do. Which is why I don't get people to do my makeup.

After Adena left, I wondered what I was going to do with the rest of this super lovely day. Then I remembered when I was a kid and I used to play with henna all the time.
So my housemate Daniel, who you already know is pretty awesome. Offered to take me for a ride on his motorbike so I could get some Henna from an Indian Grocery store. The motorbike ride was fun, as always. But we did get a little lost.

So I am by no means a professional and pretty much nothing is symmetrical. But I think that adds to the quirkiness and I happen to be in love with quirky things.
After waiting what felt like forever for the henna to dry Nicholas had plans to be going out with his friend from university. I really wanted to come with him so he said yes and off we went.

 So we went out and there as awesome food and awesome people. There was music and drinks.
After we left the pub we headed off to the house of the people we were going out with. They were dogsitting a beautiful dog named Harry Potter. He was affectionate and adorable.We sung along to some of the best Disney songs of all time and just generally had awesome fun. Now there is where my word for today is relevant. Usually I feel super adronitis about new relationships. But one of the guys whom I met for the second time that night was super easy to talk to and I felt like we had a sense of understanding. I feel like it is super important to make friends regardless of how we can feel adronitis sometimes. So that was a little paragraph of how I made a new friend. Which I thought was super cool because I also saw one of my oldest friends all in one day.

This blogging everyday thing has been a really good time for me and I am keen to keep going with it. You guys just may have to be patient with late posts ever now and again.
